Q: Who is Party Bags To Go?

A: We are a family oriented company, and have been in business for 10 years. Customer service is essential to us, and making sure your favors are shipped promptly is crucial--we understand that favors must arrive timely.

 

Q: How Long will it take to get my Goodie Bags?

A: An email confirmation will be sent the morning after the package has been shipped. The expected delivery date and tracking number will be included in the email.
Most orders are shipped same business day. The normal delivery in days, range from 1 to 4 business days in the Continental United States.

 

Q: What is your Privacy Policy?

A: At Party Bags To Go any information that you provide to use will be confidential.

We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. Also, this is a secured site. We take many extra steps to ensure security of the information.

 

Q: Is my credit card information safe?

A: Party Bags To Go uses encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card information. We do not even receive your credit card information because we are a secured site. Also, we are affiliated with Authorize.net who handles all credit card transactions through our site.

 

Q: What ages are the Goodie Bags appropriate for?

A: In the Ready Made Bag section, we include age recommendations. Please note that the age groups listed are based from our experiences. Most of our items are recommended for children ages 3 and up. We have some items that are suitable for children younger than 3 with adult supervision.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We really ship fast! Getting the goodie bags BEFORE the party date is a priority to us. Please include the date needed in the 'Comment' field at the bottom of the order form. We ship most orders within 1 business day of the order. You can refer to our Ground Shipping Chart to get a delivery estimate for your package. It is suggested that you add one day just to be safe and only count business days and exclude holidays. If we see that there may be an issue getting your delivery to you in time, we will contact you to discuss alternate delivery options. Most order are delivered from 1 to 4 business days after shipping.

 

Q: If I order more than one type of bag, how will I tell them apart?

A: In the Build-a-Bag section, you can choose which bag you want the goodies in. If you order different Ready-Made bags, we use different bag designs, so you can tell them apart when handing out.

 

Q: Do all the bags have ribbons on them?

A: Actually, the goodie bags DO NOT have ribbons unless you purchase them as one of the options. In the Premade section, select YES for ribbons. In the Build-a-Bag section, check the 'Add Ribbons' box to have ribbons added to your goodie bags.

 

Q: What type of bags do you include the goodies in?

A: We use cello/plastic bags with printed designs. To see the different bags, please refer to the Build-a-Bag section.

 

Q: How about product recalls?

A: We do not have any products that have been recalled. Our supplies notify us if there are any items  that we have purchased and have been recalled. Our suppliers also conduct quality assurance on the products to prevent inadequacies. This is an important issue to us, and would notify all customers should a recall of any of our products ever occur.

 

Q: Do we have coupons?

A: Yes. occasionally we have coupons available. They are usually posted on the main page of our website.

 

Q: Are Returns accepted?

A: Yes. return are accepted within 20 days after shipping date read Terms and Conditions. Customer must contact Party Bags To Go by phone or email before returning order.
